Day 01: Arrival in Goa – Unveiling Portuguese Splendors

Your journey begins with a warm welcome as you arrive at Goa’s airport or railway station. Our tour representative ensures a seamless transfer to your pre-booked hotel. The first day in Goa unfolds the rich tapestry of Portuguese culture and heritage in this enchanting Indian state. Explore the historical remnants in Old Goa, including centuries-old cathedrals such as the Basilica of Bom Jesus and the Chapel of St. Francis Xavier. Goa boasts massive forts, a testament to the history of Indian rulers and Portuguese colonies that settled here in the 15th century. Don’t miss the renowned ‘Fort Aguada,’ where significant sections have been transformed into a luxury hotel. After a day of captivating sightseeing, return to the hotel for a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
