Day 01: Bangalore to Mysore

Drive towards Mysore covering below destinations on the way

Srirangapatna: an island town rich in history, is known for its cultural heritage and the historical significance associated with the legendary ruler Tipu Sultan

Explore the Tipu Sultan Summer Palace through Ganjam, where well-preserved moral paintings offer a glimpse into the past.

Sangama

Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary: A serene haven for diverse avian species nestled along the banks of the Kaveri River.

Philomena Church, officially named the Cathedral of St. Joseph and St. Philomena, is a Catholic church serving as the cathedral of the Diocese of Mysore, India. Alternatively recognized as St. Joseph’s Cathedral, it stands as a significant religious edifice.

Drive back to the hotel by evening Overnight Stay in Mysore.

Day 02: Mysore must see destinations

Following breakfast at 9am, embark on a sightseeing adventure:

Amba Vilas Palace: The official residence of the Wodeyars, this palace stands as the second most visited tourist spot in India, surpassed only by the Taj Mahal.

Jaganmohan Palace & Art Gallery: Home to the largest collection of arts and crafts, this palace also features an art gallery showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions.

Explore the sacred Chamundi Hills, home to the revered Sri Chamundeshwari temple, Nandi and Mahishasura statues.

Discover the Sand Museum, a rare sand art showcase with an entry fee of Rs 40 per person.

Mysore Zoo: Officially known as the Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Garden, it houses over 168 species and spans 157 acres, conveniently located near Mysore Palace.

Immerse yourself in the underwater wonders at Aqua World, the largest underwater aquarium in India, showcasing a diverse collection of fish and aquatic species.

Geographical Indications of Mysore: Explore the unique and renowned geographical indication tags of Mysore, including Mysore silks, ganjifa, Mysore Banana, Mysore Sandal, Mysore mallige (Jasmine), Mysore Agarbathi, and more. Additionally, indulge in some shopping.

Conclude your journey at the enchanting KRS Dam with the illuminated Brindavan Garden and mesmerizing musical fountain.

Day 03: Mysore to back home.

Upon concluding the sightseeing tour, return to Bengaluru and drop off at your preferred location, be it the airport, bus station, or railway station, marking the end of the tour with delightful memories.
